Existence Is Enough is a non-profit organization dedicated to suicide prevention through awareness, education, and intervention. Our mission is to create a world where individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts feel seen, supported, and empowered to seek help and embrace hope.
Suicide Prevention happens through:
Awareness
Through our blog, podcast, mini-documentaries, and an online shop featuring apparel and merchandise, we spark conversations that raise awareness about suicide prevention and encourage individuals to share their stories.
Education
We offer trainings and resources for institutions like medical facilities, schools, and non-profits. Our guest lectures and certification programs equip professionals and communities with the tools they need to respond to suicide with empathy and understanding.
Intervention
Programs like The Birthday Club and Send Hope, along with upcoming initiatives yet to be announced, reflect our commitment to providing direct support to individuals in crisis through meaningful programs that foster hope and recovery.

At Existence Is Enough, we believe that no one should face the darkness of suicidal thoughts alone. We are here to remind you on the days when you feel as though the only thing you can give to the world is your existence, that is okay and that is enough.
